Rowing and Stairs and Jumping, oh my.

Here’s a cute little workout. And by cute, I mean not cute. Enjoy the sweat sesh if you have the equipment at your disposal.

After a sufficient warm up…

– 500 meter row, 10 floors on stair climber, 100 jump rope, 10 push up

– 400 meter row, 5 floors on stair climber, 50 jump rope, 5 push up

– 300 meter row, 10 floors on stair climber, 100 jump rope, 10 push up

– 200 meter row, 5 floors on stair climber, 50 jump rope, 5 push up

– 100 meter row, 10 floors on stair climber, 100 jump rope 10 push up

The idea is to rest as little as possible. Time yourself each day you complete this. You’ll find out how much more efficient your body can become with this challenge. The bonus is crushing calories while performing movements that actually make sense.
