20 Minute Push/Pull Workout

20-60 minute workout

This workout utilizes some equipment. Depending on where you are in your own fitness journey will determine what weights you decide to use. I always challenge myself and my clients to pick a slightly uncomfortable weight to start. There’s a better chance you will decrease your weight during the workout than increase it. So, give yourself more credit.

Finish with an incline walk until it’s time to…… shower? eat? stretch?
