This page will provide some serious work outs. I’m a huge fan of HIIT and circuits. There are longer days I’ll go straight old school — weight training for 45 minutes to an hour. Other days, between classes and clients I have 20 minutes to work with. I want to feel like crawling up into a ball after it’s over.
